Please read these terms carefully before using JoeyGift. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.
One lucky winner takes home a Safe n Sound travel pram in taupe, a VTech BM4200N 4.3" video baby monitor and a box of nappies (brand and size may vary). Total prize pool is worth more than $400. The prize can't be swapped for cash and can't be transferred to anyone else.
To enter, you need to be a Melbourne resident and visit the JoeyGift stand in person at the One Fine Baby Expo on Saturday 19 or Sunday 20 September 2026 in Melbourne, VIC. Entries by email, social media or post won't count, sorry.
We'll draw one winner at random from all valid entries after the expo wraps up.
We'll email the winner on Friday 25 September 2026 using the details given to us at the stand. It's on you to keep an eye on your inbox (and your junk folder, just in case).
To claim the prize, the winner needs to reply to our email with a Melbourne delivery address by 11:59pm on Saturday 26 September 2026. If we don't hear back by then, the prize won't be claimed or redrawn.
This giveaway is run by JoeyGift, ABN 36 639 144 089. We may vary or cancel it at any time if something outside our control gets in the way. Any details you give us at the stand are only used to run this giveaway and deliver the prize, see our privacy policy below for the rest. By entering, you're agreeing to these terms.
JoeyGift is an Australian baby registry platform that allows users to create, manage, and share baby registries. JoeyGift is operated by JoeyGift ABN 36 639 144 089, based in Australia.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a JoeyGift account. By using the app, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your password with anyone. JoeyGift is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account.
You own the content you add to your registry. By using JoeyGift, you grant us a limited licence to display and share your registry content as directed by you (for example, when you share your registry link with guests). We will not use your registry content for any other purpose without your consent.
JoeyGift is a registry platform only. We do not process payments or fulfil orders. All purchases are made directly through third-party retailers. JoeyGift is not responsible for the quality, availability, delivery, or accuracy of any products purchased through links in your registry.
You agree not to use JoeyGift for any unlawful purpose, to post false or misleading information, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, or to interfere with the operation of the service.
All content, design, logos, and software within JoeyGift are the property of JoeyGift and protected by Australian intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the app without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, JoeyGift is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of JoeyGift after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
